JAKARTA (IFN) - Bank Indonesia (BI) said communication network payment system to crash on Tuesday (24/3) suah walk normal again on Wednesday.
"In connection with the disturbance of the data communication network payment system on Tuesday, March 24th, we can inform you on the morning of the data communication network has returned to normal," said deputy governor, Ronald Waas in a BI press release in Jakarta, Wednesday, March 25th .
BI report on March 24, 2015, there has been a disruption of data communication network that is used for the system of Bank Indonesia Real Time Gross Settlement (BI-RTGS), National Clearing System of Bank Indonesia (SKNBI), and Bank Indonesia Securities Settlement System (BI-SSSS ).
BI immediately follow it up and have overcome these problems on the same day.
BI deputy governor, Ronald Waas, also said that the central bank governor has decided to do more research to find the cause of these problems.
BI will continue to monitor and ensure the national payment system continues to run efficiently, smoothly and safely.
