Fluctuating fuel policy Graded Long Term Investments

JAKARTA (IFN) - President Joko Widodo has raised back Fuel (BBM) as of March 28, 2015 yesterday. Diesel fuel and gasoline rose Rp 500, - per liter.

Seeing this, the Deputy Secretary of the Nasdem Johny G Plate try to clarify that there is a paradigm shift in the Government. He sees this move is good for the sake of a more berintregritas infrastructure development.

In contrast when the government first SBY era, where Indonesia still enjoy income because Indonesia exported crude oil. Income that is used for the allocation of subsidies that the government does not need to adjust to the world oil price.

But according to him, this increase is still a natural thing when Pertamina oil prices adjust to market conditions in Indonesia. Moreover, he considered that a premium user is not exactly come from the middle to the bottom, but the elite drive.

"Now that the subsidy is limited due to build infrastrukutur. Subsidies in the state budget has not increased and decreased so that no administrative adjustments by Pertamina. If prices rise, Pertamina adjust market prices," he said in the House, Jakarta, Monday (30/3).

However, Johnny reminds increase in fuel must also be balanced with appropriate transportation procurement. So far, he said the government began to carry out the balance.

"But that must be considered efficient transport. Now it's again the government of Jakarta. If there are observers who assess Jokowi not really, it was not (true), because this is a long term investment," he said.
