JAKARTA, [IFN] --- Indonesia Stock Exchange Authority to pause (suspension) series I warrant securities trading PT Gading Development Tbk (GAMA-W).
Head of Trade Operations IDX, Eko Siswanto, the disclosure of information in Jakarta, Tuesday (31/3), said the suspension is done in connection with a significant price increase in the effect of series I warrant GAMA Rp80 per share closing price of Rp50 per share in the first session March 31, 2015.
"IDX need to do the suspension of trading of securities GAMA-W in the regular market and cash on March 31 during the second session of the trading session," he said.
Eko added a temporary suspension of trading of securities GAMA-W aims to provide sufficient time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information contained in any investment decision in effect GAMA-W.
"Parties concerned to always pay attention to the company's disclosure of information submitted," he explained.
