JCI Opened Monday Gains 18.42 Points




JAKARTA (IFN) - Composite stock price index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange opened move higher by 18.42 points on Monday encouraged market participants buying following positive expectations of domestic macroeconomic data will be released.

IDX IDX opened up by 18.42 points, or 0.34 percent, to 5415.28, while the group of 45 leading stocks (LQ45) rose 4.68 points (0.50 percent) to 942.18 level.

"JCI continue to strengthen in line with positive expectations on Indonesia's macroeconomic data which was due to be released in early April," said Asjaya Indosurya Securities analyst William Surya Wijaya on Monday.
