PEKANBARU, [IFN] --- Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Indonesia stated, government policies exempt visas for foreign tourists from 45 countries can stimulate tourist arrivals.

"The involvement of tour operators should be more particular in policy making and the formulation of tourism development strategy," said Vice Chairman of the Acceleration of Regional Economic Development and International Cooperation, Riau Chamber Viator in Pekanbaru, Saturday (28/3).
Because, he says, the operator is the first direct contact with tourism activities, ranging from the airport and got a variety of input rating. "The development of tourism should also be supported by an increase in the quality of facilities and infrastructure," he said.
He added that the government note that the visa-free policy is not simply maintain the exchange rate, but the increase in national income and national economic growth.
