JAKARTA, [IFN] --- Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Kominfo) provides a second warning letter to hundreds of postal providers (service deliverables), because it has not fulfill the obligation to report the operations of the second half of 2014.
It has violated the provisions of legislation in the field of post in accordance with Article 21 of Government Regulation No. 15/2013 on the implementation of Law No. 38/2009 on the Post, said the Head of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Ismail Cawidu in the press release on Friday, March 27.
In addition, Article 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information No. 32/2014 on Terms and Procedures for Granting Permission of Post.
To that end, according to Ismail, it gives a period up to May 12, 2015 to submit a report of operational activities second semester 2014 to Control Directorate of Post and Information.
