JAKARTA, [IFN] - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) throughout 2014 posted a net profit of Rp 2.55 trillion or increased 107% over the same period the previous year amounted to about Rp1.23 trillion.
President LPKR, Ketut Budi Wijaya in a written statement on Friday (27/1) said the surge as profits, revenues increased 75% to Rp11,66 trillion from the same period in 2013 worth Rp6,66 trillion.

"The record net profit and revenue growth for 2014 is unprecedented," he said.
Described, the performance improvement shows that the company has been reaping the benefits of long-term vision and investment scale LPKR on national property development, which in turn became the basis of the growth and profitability of the main business units.
"It is expected to boost our growth in the coming years, especially in the field of development of township, healthcare, large-scale integrated projects and commercial malls division," he said.
Ketut add the precautionary principle in the management of the balance sheet has been part of the company's business model.
With earnings growth in 2014, the company managed to reduce the ratio of debt to equity and net gearing ratio to 0.6, respectively, and 0.4.
"We are also excited to see the performance LPKR healthcare division has been on the right track and have reaped the benefits of scale national operations as well as of investment projects where the new hospital will create significant long-term value for our shareholders," he explained.
The revenue from the Healthcare division grew 33% to Rp3,34 trillion.
"Siloam has opened four new hospitals throughout the year, so
already operates 20 hospitals by the end of 2014, "he explained.
