Net Income Rises 33% Intiland

JAKARTA, [IFN]  - Issuer property, Intiland Development (DILD) throughout 2014 posted a net profit of Rp429,1 billion, an increase of 33% over the same period the previous year amounted to Rp323,7 billion.

Director of Capital and Investment DILD, in a press statement on Tuesday (31/3) said that as the increase in profit, revenue also grew 21% to Rp1,83 trillion, compared to gains in 2013 which reached Rp1.51 trillion.

"Improved financial results is mainly supported by the results of the development of new projects and expansion of projects already under way," he said.

Added the condition of the property sector poses substantial challenges throughout 2014, however the company has successfully executed a number of key strategies to sustain business growth.

"The dynamics of political and macro-economic conditions throughout 2014 provides substantial challenges for the property industry players. But through appropriate marketing strategies with diverse development segment, we managed to keep the company in a positive performance, "said Archied.

Intiland in 2014 launched a number of new projects such as the Regatta phase II, warehousing area Technopark in Aeropolis, Cengkareng, Tangerang, an integrated development Praxis and Spazio Tower in Surabaya.

The Company is able to anticipate changes in the market by launching several product development right.

Based on the type, revenue from development (development income) contributed Rp1,62 trillion or 88% of all revenues.

On the other hand, Intiland also managed to increase the contribution of sustainable income to 12% or equivalent to Rp215 billion, whereas in previous years the contribution of sustainable income recorded 10.9% or Rp165,55 billion.

"We will continue to enhance the contribution of sustainable income. As the completion of the construction of office buildings South Quarter 2015 it will make a significant contribution to sustainable income to the company's future, "he said.
