Plantation and Basic Industry sustain Index IDX

JAKARTA, [IFN] - Action buy by  investors become a trigger for the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in trading Friday, March 27, led by the plantation sector and basic industries.

"Encouraged rebound from the plantation sector and basic industries offset declines occurring in the financial sector," Bahana Securities analyst, Muhammad Wafi in Jakarta.

At the close of trading on Friday, the stock index rose 28.05 points (0.52%) to 5396.85. While the index of leading shares rose 5.49 points LQ45 (0.59%) to 937.51 positions.

Trade runs with a frequency of transactions as much as 179 792 times with a volume of 5.89 billion shares worth Rp5,32 trillion.

A total of 176 stocks rose, 103 down and 93 do not move.

For stocks that experienced significant strengthening inter alia PT Delta Jakarta Tbk (DLTA) rose Rp4,000 be Rp277.000, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) uphill Rp1.650 be Rp49.750 and PT Airlines Reinsurance Indonesia Tbk (MREI) rose 650 be Rp3.255.

While stocks experienced a significant correction including PT Mitra Keluargasehat Tbk (MICA) weakened Rp375 be Rp21.800, PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk (ASBI) dropped Rp145 be Rp465 and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS) corrected Rp140 be Rp3.850.
