LONDON, [IFN] --- Oisin Tymon, Top Gear producer who physically and verbally attacked by Jeremy Clarkson, told police he did not want to press charges.
The 36-year-old man suffering from swelling and bleeding in the lips as a result of a fight with Clarkson in a hotel in North Yorkshire in early March 2015.
Tymon then rushed to the hospital and he thought had lost his job, According BBC.
After the BBC did an internal investigation, the incident led to the dismissal of Clarkson.
In a statement, Tymon lawyer, Paul Daniels, said, "Tymon has told police that she did not want to press charges.
"The events of the last few weeks is very unpleasant for everyone involved. It has affected Oisin as well as family and friends.

"Quite simply, Tymon now just wants to return to his job at the BBC that he loved, as soon as possible.
"Furthermore, the BBC, in his view, has taken action to address the problem. Tymon agree with the views of the BBC which states that all parties should now be allowed to continue to live, as soon as possible," added Daniels.
Tymon, who earlier described Clarkson as "a unique talent", was attacked on social media because of his involvement in a fight with Clarkson.
Speaking outside his home on Thursday (26/03), Clarkson asked fans to refrain.
"I wish people would stop bugging Oisin because all of this is not salahannya," said the presenter.
