PT Semen Baturaja Contract Signed Build Factory 2.2 Trillion

JAKARTA, [IFN] --  PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk has signed a contract engineering, equipment, and the provision of a machine tool with Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co. Ltd. (Sinoma Group) on March 26, 2015.

"The contract value reached US $ 170.7 million," said Corporate Secretary Zulfikri Subli through IDX publication, today.

According to him, this step is done to support the development plan Balfour II plant with a production capacity of 1.85 million tons of cement per year.

Rencanan company to build a factory Balfour II has received the approval of the Board of Commissioners on February 2, 2015, Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co. Ltd. (Sinoma Group) designated as the winning bidder Balfour II plant construction project.

The project is implemented in stages from 2015 to early 2017. The total project cost is estimated plant Balfour II Rp3,324 trillion.

The project funding will come from the IPO and its own funds amounting to Rp2,574 trillion.
