Three Candidates Ready to Replace Arwin at Bank CIMB Niaga

JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk states, there are three candidates Director replace Arwin who has resigned.

According to the Director of Compliance, Corporate Affairs & Legal, Lydia Tumbelaka Wulan said, the controlling shareholder, CIMB Group Sdn Bhd has mengaujukan three names, Tigor M. Siahaan, Primary Pandji Djajanegara, and Sukarman Omar.

"Letter of CIMB Group is dated March 10, 2015," said Lydia through official publications to IDX, Friday (3/13/2015).

According to him, the three names will require approval in the Annual General Meeting of CIMB Niaga held on April 10, 2015. Appointment of Director and the directors will be held by CIMB Niaga in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and applicable legislation, including the submission for approval to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) ata due diligence and compliance.

In accordance with the OJK (FSA) regulation No. 32 / POJK.04 / 2014 dated December 8, 2014, CIMB Niaga has submitted an explanation to shareholders on the AGM agenda (including biographies of candidates for president and the nominee directors)," he said.

Arwin letter submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on 6 Feruari 2015 declared his resignation. Arwin resignation will be effective at the AGM 2015.

Arwin has served as Director of Bank CIMB Niaga since November 1, 2008. Arwin has served as President Director of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Vice President Director of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and President Director of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
