JAKARTA, IFN --- PT MNC Capital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) revealed the acquisition and merger plan between the company and PT Bank Pundi Indonesia Tbk (BEKS) is currently finalizing the documentation.
"The plan is still in the stage of finalization of documentation on the merger agreement between the BCAP and BEKS," said Director of BCAP, Darma Putra in Jakarta, Thursday (2/4).
Described, as BCAP commitment on this transaction, on March 31, 2015 it has placed funds worth Rp 100 billion for capital reserve fund in PT Bank Pundi Indonesia Tbk.
"When the agreement was final and signed by both parties, then we will come back to convey information related to the details of the transaction," he said.
