JAKARTA, IFN --- PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) signed a construction contract with the CNMI-DDK Join Operation (Sinoma Group).
Company Secretary SMBR, Zulfikri Subli in the disclosure in Jakarta, Thursday, aPRIL 2, says the signing of contract construction work is carried out on 2 April 2015.
"This is a follow-up Balfour II plant with a capacity of 1.85 million tons of cement per year," he said.
Related performance throughout 2014 and cement companies with stock code SMBR posted a net profit Rp328,34 billion, growing 5.2% over the same period the previous year worth Rp312,18 billion.
Along profit, sales increased 4% to Rp1.22 trillion.
Until December 31, 2014, the company's total assets reached Rp2,93 trillion, up 7.9% compared to the same period in 2013 amounted to Rp2,71 trillion.
