KUALA LUMPUR (IFN) - Indonesian Ambassador to Malaysia, Herman Prayitno praised the great interest of Indonesian workers (TKI) that work in neighboring countries, Malasia to follow courses at the open university of the number of participants continues to rise.

Seeing this condition, Herman feel proud because of the high spirit and tenacity, in a state of busy work, the Indonesian workers can still make time to continue learning in a variety of selected courses at UT.

The Ambassador said that the workers are selected in due course after completion of study at UT will be a good example as a successful migrant workers, not only earn money from earned working in Malaysia but also gain knowledge and will soon get a bachelor's degree.

"Provision of science as well as a degree, it is very important to further his career as a professional so that in the end will get a higher status and respect in the eyes of society and government," he said.

To workers who participate UT, Ambassador advised that they can utilize the time as possible so that the learning program at UT can be followed properly and timely.

"I really want to see the success of the workers graduated from UT and can graduate simultaneously in Kuala Lumpur," he hoped.
