JAKARTA (IFN) - The Corruption Eradication Commission to call the Director General of Transmigration Area Development Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Jamaluddien Malik as suspects in the alleged corruption.
"Today there are checks JM (Jamaluddien Malik) as a suspect," said Head of News and Publications Commission Priharsa Nugraha in Jakarta, Thursday, April 2nd.
Jamaluddien arrive at the KPK building in Jakarta since around 09.00 am. Commission set Jamaluddien as suspects in the 2013-2014 fiscal year funds and fund co-administration on February 12 2015 2014.
Jamaluddien alleged Article 12 letter e, f or Article 23 of Law No. 13 of 1999 and article 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 421 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code Act to-1.
The article governing civil servants or state officials that the intention of enriching himself or another person unlawfully, or by abusing his power to force someone to give you something, pay, or receive payments by piece, or to do something for himself with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of Rp 1 billion.
Mode performed Jamaluddien is to benefit themselves illegally, abusing his power to force the pay or pay with a piece of something related activities in fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014 funding assistance tasks in DG P2KT.
KPK investigators also have done a search in three areas related to the investigation of the case on 12-13 February 2015 ago.
