Manufacturers Germany Ready to Follow Rules Mobile Phone Indonesia

JAKARTA, IFN ---  Sonido Soundphone Products X1 indicates the willingness of the company Blaupunkt German technology to produce smart phones. In fact, Blaupunkt plans to provide a smart phone that supports 4G LTE network.

Talking about 4G LTE smart phones could not be separated from government regulations related to the fulfillment of Domestic Component (DCL) by 40 percent. Julio claimed, would follow the rules applied by the government.

"We appreciate and because we want to expand the business there, so we are definitely going to sanggupi about DCL," he added.

DCL for 4G mobile phones in Indonesia planned to be tested public this year and came into effect on January 1, 2017. There are three ministries that will collaborate to design it, namely the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Commerce.

If the foreign mobile phone manufacturers do not meet the requirements, they are not allowed to import products to Indonesia.

According to the plan, DCL not only calculate the percentage of the hardware components on the phone, but also software and services. So, if the mobile phone manufacturers to recruit local workers, providing production base in Indonesia, opening retail stores or provide after-sales service center, it has been calculated DCL.
