"The accident was unavoidable because after hitting the cross bar, the victim was hit by a train Main Dawn coming from the east and eventually died at the scene. The victim was rushed to hospital for post-mortem Kebumen," said Surono.
According to him, KA Fajar Utama Yogyakarta-Pasarsenen with CC locomotive 20 663 which carries a series of 10 business-class car when it was manned by Ibn Susilo engineer and assistant engineer Endro, both from an operating unit of PT KAI Daop 6 Yogyakarta.
