The case of procurement of medical equipment, KPK to call the new suspects

 JAKARTA (IFN) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) calling Dada Prijatna ---a men who related close  with Tubagus Chaeri Wardana--- as a suspect in the investigation of cases of alleged corruption procurement Medical Devices (Medical Devices) General Medicine in South Tangerang city health center 2012 budget year.

"Today the Commission calling DP (Dada Prijatna) as a suspect," said Head of Reporting and Information Commission Priharsa Nugraha on Wednesday.

Previously, the Commission has been checking out South Tangerang Mayor Airin Rachmi Diany in the same case on Thursday (15/1) then.

However Airin not comment on the case also dragged her husband, Tubagus Chaeri Ward aka Henry as a suspect.

"Just ask the investigators," said Airin short after being questioned on Thursday, January 15. In the case of corruption Alkes Tangsel, the Commission set three suspects are from PT MAP Mikindo Adiguna Primary (MAP) Dada Prijatna, Committing Officer is the Head of the Health Resources and Health Promotion (SDK and Promkes) South Tangerang Mamak Jamaksari and Commissioner of PT Bali Pacific Pragama tubagus Chaeri Wardani aka Henry who is the sister of former Banten Governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah.

Commission menyangkakan three under article 2, paragraph 1 or Article 3 of Law No. 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Corruption as amended in Law No. 20 of 2001 and article 55 paragraph to (1) to-1 of the Criminal Code to three.

The article is about the person who unlawfully so as to enrich themselves, another person or corporation that could harm the state finances by abusing the authority because of the position or positions with a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of Rp 1 billion.
